Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Lead to join our team at OAKBERRY Ireland. In this leadership role, you will oversee the operational and strategic management of all of business units within our region, ensuring operational excellence and the achievement of business goals. The Area Lead will manage teams, drive performance, and contribute to the long-term success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the performance of all business units across the assigned region, ensuring goals are met consistently.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage a team of 90 team leaders/managers/staffs, providing guidance and coaching to optimise performance.

• Oversee the development of business plans, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring targets are aligned with company objectives.

• Analyse financial reports and metrics, making recommendations for improvement and growth.

• Act as the main point of contact between upper management and field operations, ensuring smooth communication and execution of business strategies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.

• Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and talent development within the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in business operations or management.

• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams and departments.

• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
