Coffee Club - Terms & Conditions

OAKBERRY Monthly Unlimited Coffee Subscription - Terms & Conditions


Effective Date: November 27th, 2025



1. The Subscription


Welcome to the OAKBERRY Monthly Unlimited Coffee Subscription (the "Subscription"). For a monthly fee of €34.99, subscribers can enjoy unlimited handcrafted coffees from our standard range, as detailed in section 3. By purchasing or using this Subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.



2. Eligibility & Personal Use


  • You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
  • The Subscription is personal to the account holder and is strictly non-transferable. It may not be shared or used by anyone other than the registered subscriber.



3. What’s Included: "Unlimited Handcrafted Coffees"


"Unlimited" is defined as one handcrafted 12oz or 8oz coffee per in-store visit. You may return for another coffee in a separate visit as often as you like throughout the day.


"Handcrafted Coffees" includes our standard range of barista-made coffee drinks and iced coffees, as available on the core menu.


The Subscription does not include:


  • Bulk orders (e.g., more than one coffee at a time).
  • Bottled beverages or any other non-coffee menu items.


Note: While the subscription covers standard recipes, additional charges may apply for premium add-ons (e.g., extra shots of espresso).



4. Redemption & In-Store Use


To redeem your coffee, you must be physically present at a participating OAKBERRY location in the Republic of Ireland and scan or present your wallet pass at the till or kiosk. Your loyalty pass is linked to your Coffee Club subscription, therefore, you must be a loyalty member first to avail.


One Coffee Per Visit: The wallet pass can only be redeemed successfully once per visit. A "visit" is determined at the discretion of our staff and systems.


Our team may request to see a form of photo ID to verify that the person redeeming the Subscription is the registered account holder.



5. Billing and Cancellation


The monthly fee of €34.99 is billed to your chosen payment method on your sign-up date and will automatically recur on the same date each month.


You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by visiting oakberry.ie/coffee and logging into your account. Cancellation will stop all future payments.


No Refunds: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be given for partial months, unused coffees, or if you cancel part-way through a billing period.



6. Participating Locations


The Subscription is valid only at OAKBERRY stores explicitly listed as participants. We are not responsible for subscriptions redeemed at non-participating locations. The list of participating stores is subject to change and can be viewed at oakberry.ie/coffee.



7. Exclusive Offers


As a subscriber, you will have access to exclusive special offers and discounts on other OAKBERRY menu items, such as açaí bowls and smoothies. These offers will be communicated via email or the app and are subject to their own specific terms and availability.



8. Fair Use & Termination


The Subscription is designed for reasonable personal consumption. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription immediately, without refund, if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of the "one per visit" policy, or a violation of these Terms (e.g., sharing an account, attempting to redeem multiple coffees in a single visit).



9. Changes to the Terms


OAKBERRY reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Subscription service or these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes, and your continued use of the Subscription will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
