OAKBERRY Ireland Gift Card Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all gift cards issued by OAKBERRY Ireland (“OAKBERRY”) and govern the use and redemption of gift cards in any OAKBERRY Ireland store. By purchasing or using a gift card, the holder agrees to these terms and conditions. OAKBERRY reserves the right to change these terms at any time, with updated terms available on our website.
2. Purchasing & Activation
Gift cards can be purchased in OAKBERRY Ireland stores or on the official OAKBERRY Ireland website. Once purchased, the card is activated and available for immediate use.
3. Validity & Expiration
Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase in compliance with Irish and EU law. After the expiration date, any remaining balance will be void, and the card cannot be reactivated or redeemed.
4. Redeeming Gift Cards
Gift cards can only be redeemed for in-store purchases at any OAKBERRY in the Republic of Ireland.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Purchases exceeding the value of the gift card will require the holder to pay the balance using an accepted payment method.
5. Balance and Remaining Credit
The balance on a gift card is valid until the expiration date or until fully redeemed. Cardholders can enquire about the remaining balance by visiting any OAKBERRY Ireland store or via the gift cards page on our website, oakberry.ie.
6. Lost or Stolen Cards
Gift cards should be treated as cash. OAKBERRY Ireland is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards and cannot replace them.
7. Refunds and Returns
Gift card purchases are non-refundable, except as required by Irish and EU consumer protection laws. If a purchase made with a gift card is returned, any refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift card or issued as a new gift card.
8. Limitation of Liability
OAKBERRY Ireland reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any gift card or order suspected of fraud or misuse. OAKBERRY also reserves the right to take appropriate action, including requesting alternate forms of payment if fraud is suspected.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with gift card purchases will be used in accordance with OAKBERRY Ireland’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law and subject to EU consumer protection regulations. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of OAKBERRY Ireland gift cards will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
