The OAKER Experience

The OAKER Experience is designed to ensure our customers have the best possible experience on a consistent basis across our stores. After every round of The OAKER Experience, the top 20 most flagged issues across the business will be updated within The OAKER Express.

Take a Check

The OAKER Experience

The official OAKER Experience check form. This is carried out by a member of the senior leadership team on site visits, but can also be used by stores for their own standards and training purposes. Each check should take approximately 45 minutes to complete, plus coaching and feedback with the team.

Top 20 Flagged Actions Check - A quicker check that includes the most flagged items in previous checks across the country. Something that can be carried out on shift as part of a standards check or training session with the team in roughly 20 minutes.
