10th Store Celebration Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the promotional giveaway (the “Competition”) operated by Berryoak Limited t/a OAKBERRY Ireland (“OAKBERRY”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The promoter of the Competition is Berryoak Limited t/a OAKBERRY Ireland, registered in the Republic of Ireland under CRO number 731779.

2.1 The Competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees, contractors, or agents of OAKBERRY, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition are excluded from entry.

3.1 To enter for the chance to win a €1,000 Brown Thomas Gift Voucher (“Prize 1”):

• Visit the OAKBERRY ILAC Centre store;
• Purchase a bowl and take a photograph of it;
• Upload the photograph to your Instagram story, tagging @oakberry.ireland and the location as “OAKBERRY ILAC Centre”;
• If your Instagram account is set to private, you must also send a screenshot of your story to OAKBERRY Ireland via direct message (“DM”) for the entry to be valid.
  
  

3.2 To enter for the chance to win a €250 Brown Thomas Gift Voucher (“Prize 2”):

• Visit any OAKBERRY Ireland store;
• Purchase a bowl and take a photograph of it;
• Upload the photograph to your Instagram story, tagging @oakberry.ireland and the relevant store location (e.g. Blanchardstown, Blackrock, Nutgrove, etc.);
• If your Instagram account is set to private, you must also send a screenshot of your story to OAKBERRY Ireland via DM for the entry to be valid.
  
  

3.3 No purchase other than the purchase of an OAKBERRY bowl is necessary to enter.

4.1 The closing date of the Competition will be Sunday September 14th at 23:59.

4.2 Entries received outside the Competition period will not be valid.

5.1 Prize 1 consists of one €1,000 Brown Thomas Gift Voucher.

5.2 Prize 2 consists of one €250 Brown Thomas Gift Voucher.

5.3 Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.

5.4 OAKBERRY Ireland reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6.1 Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the Competition period.

6.2 Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram and/or announced on OAKBERRY Ireland’s official social media accounts.

6.3 If a winner does not respond within five (5) calendar days of notification, OAKBERRY reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

7.1 By entering the Competition, participants consent to OAKBERRY Ireland reposting, sharing, or otherwise using submitted photographs and associated content on its official social media channels for promotional purposes, without further compensation.

7.2 Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the Competition.

8.1 Any personal data provided in connection with this Competition will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

8.2 Data will be used solely for the administration of the Competition and will not be retained for longer than necessary.

9.1 OAKBERRY Ireland reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9.2 OAKBERRY Ireland accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, illegible, or corrupted entries, or for entries not properly submitted due to technical or other reasons beyond OAKBERRY’s control.

9.3 The decision of OAKBERRY Ireland in all matters relating to the Competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition.
